This link will lead you to Senses of Cinema's World Poll in which a good number of film writers have picked their favorites in 2013. My participation can be found here, but I have an apologetic note about the presence of the Act of Killing on my list which I no longer continue to admire. On the contrary, its lack of any allusion to CIA's direct role in giving the names of the Communists to killers and what a decade later became known as East Timor tragedies is suspiciously absent from the picture.
